Check-in/out Policy

We do not have a formal check-in or check-out process - everything is handled digitally with our online registration for a seamless experience.

Your suite and the main entrance are secured by smart locks. Your door code will be the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation. Door codes activate at 4:00 PM on your arrival day (check-in time). Door codes deactivate at 10:00 AM on your departure day (check-out time).

If guests need to request an early check-in or later check-out time, please email thelodgeluxurysuites@gmail.com to see if that is possible. If guests arrive before 4:00PM without contacting staff or adding an early check-in at time of booking, a $50 charge will be added to the guest's reservation. If guests check-out past 10:00AM without contacting staff or adding a late check-out at time of booking, a $50 charge will be added to the guest's reservation.

Digital Registration Policy

To ensure a smooth and contactless check-in, all guests are required to complete our digital registration before arrival. This quick process confirms your reservation details and activates your smart lock code, allowing you to go directly to your suite without a formal check-in desk. Reservations without completed registration may be unable to access the property.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

50% Refund: Available for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in.

No Refund: For cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.


*Please note: Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies only to reservations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

*Third-party bookings do not follow the same cancellation policy. Please visit the booking site for details.

No Smoking Policy

The Lodge maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all our suites and public areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $250. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning and smoke removal, ensuring that future guests enjoy a smoke-free environment.

Our staff will determine if the smoking policy has been violated based on evidence such as smoke odor, ash, or other smoking indicators within the room or hotel areas. Their assessment is final and will be used as the basis for any charges.

Pet Policy

The Lodge enforces a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises, including guest rooms and common areas. Violation of this policy will result in a  $250 fine and the pet must vacate the property immediately.

Exclusion, Service Animals: We recognize and respect the important role of service animals. Service animals are exempt from this policy and are welcome to accompany their owners throughout the hotel. Guests with service animals are required to inform the front desk at check-in.

For the comfort of all our guests, service animals must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Any damage caused by a service animal will be the responsibility of the owner.
